On March 26, at exactly noon Pacific Standard Time, people all over the world are encouraged to let loose and boogie for Dance Everywhere.
Event creator Beth Fein wants free spirits worldwide to stop what they’re doing a simply start dancing, that way they’re all connected by artistic expression.
She explains, It’s about art happening at any moment. It’s a lot of fun and builds a community.
Though some groups will choreograph a dance to perform, others simply choose to stand up and start shaking their stuff right in the middle of their office, on the bus, or in the street.
Fein asks that anyone participating send her videos of their bust-a-move moment. She once received a submission of folks in Istanbul dancing inside a taxi cab.
