Drop everything and get your boogie on Friday, March 18th at noon, in the seventh annual free Dance Anywhere event – the inspiration of Berkeley resident Beth Fein. Last year,  thousands of dancers participated simultaneously in 27 countries, on six continents, shaking it everywhere from offices and schools to supermarkets and sidewalks. “This global event is an open invitation to all to stop and dance wherever they will be,” says performer and artist Fein, currently artist in residence at Berkeley’s Kala Art Institute…just pirouette, tango, and foxtrot away.
