Folks from the Bay Area will come to a halt at noon. To be part of the  action here are some of the activities planned: Sonsher\u00e9e Giles and  Rodney Bell of Axis Dance Company will perform at SFMOMA; Beth Fein and  Company will be at the Oakland Museum of California; Eric Kupers and  Dandelion Dance Theater at Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland; Kara Davis and  Project Agora at Civic Center; Alyce Finwall Dance Theater at the  Embarcadero\/Ferry Building; Dana Lawton Dances at St. Mary&#8217;s College;  and the Foundry Dance Company will travel from the Civic Center BART  Station to Powell Street.
