Tanya Chianese<\/p><\/div>\n

ka\u00b7nei\u00b7see | collective, directed by Tanya Chianese, will be joining dance anywhere\u00ae this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tanya Chianese is a native of Los Angeles and has a B.F.A. in Modern Dance and a B.A. in Art History from the University of Oklahoma.
As a professional dancer she has performed throughout the United States and in China. Tanya currently creates art with Paufve | Dance,\u00a0Kristin Damrow & Company, Blind Tiger Society, and dNaga. \u00a0
Chianese teaches at Danspace, Shawl-Anderson Dance Center, Ace\u00a0Dance Academy, and Berkeley Ballet Theater.<\/p>\n

Chianese was chosen as a Artist-in-Residence at Shawl-Anderson Dance Center in 2014. This marked the beginning of her company, ka\u00b7nei\u00b7see | collective.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tanya currently works with a variety of non-profits in the Bay Area (Epiphany Productions, dance anywhere, Bianca Cabrera).<\/p>\n

In 2014 ka\u2022nei\u2022see danced at the waterfall fountain at the Yerba Buena Gardens in downtown San Francisco.<\/p>\n
