Wei-Shan Lai is a dancer/choreographer who was born and raised in Taiwan. She has trained in contemporary dance, ballet, jazz, and Chinese folk dance. She received her diploma in dance studies from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. After graduation, she has been a freelance dancer/choreographer in London and Tokyo. She relocated to San Francisco in 2013 and has worked with Lenora Lee Dance, Epiphany Productions, Dance Monks, and LEVYdance. Wei-Shan has presented her works in London, Tokyo, Osaka, Taipei, and San Francisco.
